Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers by identifying and resolving their issues through phone email or chat
  • Assist in troubleshooting software and hardware problems
  • Document all support interactions and solutions in the system
  • Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a technical support role
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support
  • Experience with troubleshooting software and hardware issues
  • Knowledge of computer systems and software applications
