- Contributes to the execution of sales and business development strategy and process under limited supervision.
- Analyzes complex performance competitive and customer data to identify key issues and recommend strategies.
- Examines existing processes and develops continuous improvements in process data and sales operations.
- Documents potential opportunities and issues and communicates to appropriate parties.
- Identifies opportunities to maximize sales opportunities through conferences and other events.
- Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques processes and responsibilities. Understands and applies Johnson & Johnsons Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
