Job Summary
Syclef is a leading international group operating in the Industrial Refrigeration Commercial Refrigeration and HVAC sectors. We specialize in medium- and large-scale refrigeration installations for industrial environments such as logistics platforms cold storage warehouses food processing plants and industrial processes.
In addition we design and deploy commercial refrigeration solutions for supermarkets convenience stores and other retail spaces as well as end-to-end HVAC systems.
Our commitment is to support our clients in improving energy efficiency and driving sustainable development. For years we have delivered long-term tailored refrigeration and climate solutions particularly for large retailers logistics hubs and the food industry.
We are currently looking for an Accounting Expert whose primary mission will be manage the accounting of the holding company and its subsidiaries ensuring accurate financial records compliance with applicable regulations and timely reporting to support sound decision-making across the group.
Key Responsibilities
General accounting monthly closings Spanish GAAP (PGC)
Invoicing - Trade receivables collections and bad debt monitoring
Supplier and payments monitoring
Taxes (VAT PIT CIT etc)
Bank reconciliations
Group investment (equity) accounting knowledge
PL and BS review analysis
Financial statements and relationship with Auditors
Position Requirements
Min 10 years in accounting
Advance English
Will be valued
Experience in external audit
Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O
Expert accountant with experience in accounting of Holdings and merges.
Consolidation of Financial Statements knowledge
Big Four experience
Required Education
A university degree or Masters in Economics Business Administration Finance or a related field is required.
This position is based at our offices in Madrid Spain.
