OllecoBungea company dedicated to the collection and recycling of used cooking oil is looking for a System Accountant.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Ensuring that all interactions are undertaken in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Tasks:
- Responsible for provision of training and development for finance staff on financial software and reporting tools
- Responsible for technical support and troubleshooting; providing expert support to finance teams resolving system-related issues and diagnosing errors
- Responsible for identification and implementation of process enhancements automation opportunities and software solutions to streamline finance processes
- Support design and implementation of reports to meet requirements arising from compliance obligations business analysis and decision-making processes.
- Responsible for ensuring that systems are compliant with internal control frameworks and accounting principles
- Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and accounting standards
- Support development of the framework of financial controls through system enhancements and reporting improvements
- Work with IT operations external vendors EDI providers and other stakeholders on system-related projects including implementation of new technologies system upgrades and integrations
- Undertake other reasonable duties as requested

Qualifications:
- Required:
- Finance qualification degree or vocational qualification (e.g. grado superior)
- Experience using and supporting finance systems
- Desirable:
- Prior experience as a systems accountant
- Experience working in finance within the waste or logistics industries.
- Experience using Infor M3 and/or other Infor applications
- Experience of project delivery
- Fluent in Spanish. At least B2 in English.
- Spanish driving licence.
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Training & development skills
- Excellent computer skills particularly Excel
