The role involves handling school accounts fee management payroll support statutory compliances and coordination with auditors and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
Handle student fee accounting receipts and reconciliation
Manage vendor payments expenses and bank reconciliations
Prepare MIS reports income & expenditure statements
Support payroll processing PF ESI and statutory deductions
Ensure GST compliance and timely filing of returns (if applicable)
Coordinate with auditors CA and management for audits and reviews
Maintain proper documentation and financial controls
Adhere strictly to school policies and confidentiality standards
Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
Experience & Skills:
Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience
Prior experience in schools / educational institutions preferred
Proficiency in Tally / accounting software and MS Excel
Knowledge of GST PF ESI payroll and statutory compliance
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
High level of integrity and confidentiality
