Job Summary
Connectalents the leading recruitment & HRO company in MENA is currently hiring Director Marketing / Commercial for A leading fertilizer company
Location: Algeria
Industry: Fertilizers (Ammonia & Urea)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead international and domestic marketing & trading activities for Ammonia and Urea.
- Manage fertilizer sales strategies pricing and market positioning.
- Handle international contracts pricing mechanisms Letters of Credit (LCs) and full export documentation.
- Coordinate closely with supply chain operations including ports shipping and marine logistics.
- Build and manage relationships with international buyers partners and joint ventures.
- Lead multicultural teams and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Report directly to the CEO.
Requirements
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in fertilizer trading and international marketing specifically Ammonia & Urea.
- Strong knowledge of:
- International trade contracts
- Pricing structures
- Letters of Credit (LCs)
- Export documentation
- Port operations & marine terminology
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work within multicultural and international environments.
- Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis.
Educational Background
- MBA or equivalent management Degree / Certified Public Accountant / Postgraduate in marketing/business finance from a reputed institution.
