The Vocational/Technical Coordinator is responsible for supervising all state and federal of Carl Perkins of SkillsCapital Grant funding includingapplication and implementation of Chapter 74 state regulations d. Responsible for monitoring shop placement and maintaining the necessary all vocational areas for COP implementation2. The Vocational/Technical Coordinator works cooperatively with other administrators. a. Coordinates special needs services with the Director of Pupil Personnelb. Coordinates the development and implementation of a standards-based curriculum with the Curriculum Coordinator using the Vocational/Technical Education Curriculum Frameworksc. Supervision of the vocational/technical cluster chairs and vocational/technical instructors. d. Vocational/Technical Coordinator will oversee and facilitate safety evaluations/auditse. Coordinate staff development short- and long-range planning with the Principal/Assistant Superintendent. 3. The Vocational/Technical Coordinator is responsible for staff evaluation and maintaining curriculum standards. a. Implementation of an approved staff evaluation programb. Monitoring of teacher progress and maintaining accurate recordsc. Managing conflicts that may arise and informing his/her superiord. Acknowledgement and recognition of outstanding achievement and performance e. Ensuring that all vocational staff are properly certified and maintain current certification in their respective fields4. The Vocational/Technical Coordinator is responsible for maintaining state of the art equipment and acquiring leading edge technology. Coordinator will meet with advisory committees and maintain records on equipment and program regarding recommendations maintain accurate records of minutes of all advisory committee meetings. work to establish close alliances and provide for the training needs of area businesses and employees 5. The Vocational/Technical Coordinator responsible for overseeing all Outside Projects and coordinating with the Plant Facilities Manager for projects in and around the school property. 6.
