A well-established Residential Estate is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Junior Accountant to support its finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing daily weekly and monthly financial records and reports.
- Post transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Handle resident billing invoicing and receipts.
- Reconcile bank statements and cashbooks.
- Support the preparation of management accounts and budgets.
- Track service charges levies and outstanding balances.
- Assist during audits and financial reviews.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Qualifications :
- HND/BSc in Accounting Finance or a related discipline.
- 2 3 years experience in accounting (real estate/estate management is an advantage).
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- High level of accuracy integrity and attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
