Capital is one of the most powerful tools for shaping the world - and more people should know how to put it to work. Odin is building the infrastructure to make it radically easier to raise and deploy capital so that anyone anywhere can back the companies and ideas they believe in.

Our first product is a full-stack platform for launching and running private investment firms - think Shopify for VC and PE. We handle all the infrastructure: from legal structuring and investor onboarding to KYC/AML payments tax reporting and exits.

Were already trusted by over 10000 angels VCs and founders. We administer over $500m in assets covering investments from pre-seed to series E. This includes household names like ElevenLabs OpenAI SpaceX xAI Anduril etc. but also new companies creating everything from synthetic brains to small nuclear reactors.

The Role

We are looking for a Founding Product Designer to help redefine how capital flows into the ideas shaping the future. You will join Odin at a pivotal moment as we expand into the US prepare for a new product launch and set the design culture that future designers will inherit.

• A wide and meaningful remit. You will work side-by-side with Mary and Paddy across product brand and narrative. This includes the interactions and workflows inside the product as well as the visual identity and tone that define how Odin shows up in the world.

In this role you will

• Lead end-to-end design for complex workflows across onboarding transactions compliance reporting and data-heavy user journeys.

• Raise the bar on craft. People manage millions through Odin and the product should feel precise trustworthy and thoughtfully designed.

• Spend meaningful time with users. You will interview test validate assumptions and build a clear sense of what matters most.

• Prototype and iterate rapidly in Figma or code with AI tools and switch fluidly between exploration and refinement.

• Build systems. You will create the design language interaction patterns and quality standards that scale with the organisation.

• Work closely with engineering to ensure the shipped product reflects the intention including detail clarity and cohesion.

• Shape our visual identity in partnership with the founders and communicate the philosophy that sits behind Odin.

Your background looks like

• Track record of designing products end-to-end.

• Experience owning full journeys with a strong track record of improving clarity efficiency or adoption.

• Strength in interaction design prototyping information architecture and visual craft.

• A systems mindset. You think across interfaces emails workflows permissions operational steps and regulatory constraints.

• Comfortable working with ambiguity and finding structure in incomplete information.

• A natural prototyper who likes to try ideas early to see how they feel.

• Confident running product discovery through interviews tests and assumption validation.

• A portfolio that shows real impact rather than polished but unused concepts.

• Helpful but not essential: exposure to brand fintech B2B regulated environments or working as the founding designer.

Salary

The salary band for this role is 100000 - 145000 equity options. While this range may seem wide it reflects that well consider where your experience falls within our framework.

The Hiring Process

1. Interview with Imani our Head of People & Talent In this session youll unpack the role and learn more about us while she ensures youre the right fit for the position (30-45 mins).

2. Interview with Mary our Co-CEO & Co-Founder During this initial interview well touch on topics like culture values and your experience to see if theres alignment on both sides (60 mins).

3. Case Study session with Mary & Our External Design Consultant In this session well focus on your visual craft data-driven impact and design execution (60 mins).

4. Live Workshop with the team This session will focus on your approach to design processes product thinking and problem-solving. (90 mins)

5. Final Interviews with Mary & Paddy our Founders (2 hours) - At this stage were genuinely excited and believe you should spend some time with the founders learning more about each other and our values.

Our process typically runs over two weeks. We share detailed feedback within 24 hours of each interview stage and aim to line up next steps quickly so momentum isnt lost.
