Work Set Up: Hybrid Three days in the office (Monday-Wednesday) and two days choice of home or office (Thursday-Friday)
Our client in the Marketing and Advertising industry is seeking a strategically minded Social and Digital Designer who is culturally aware and creatively autonomous capable of crafting visually compelling platform-native content for both B2B and B2C audiences. The role focuses on developing engaging digital-first creative across static motion and interactive formats translating trends and cultural insights into narratives that resonate on each platform while driving engagement and conversion. The designer will create both always-on and campaign-based content confidently generate and execute ideas art direct their own work and use AI tools to accelerate concept development and production while maintaining a strong instinct for creating impactful content that captures audience attention.
What you will do:
- Create platform-native social content across META LinkedIn TikTok YouTube and emerging channels.
- Develop strong social/digital-first ideas from concept through to execution with the confidence to art direct your own work end-to-end.
- Apply strong design fundamentals - typography layout motion and digital craft - to create beautiful refined work that elevates both our clients brands and our creative standard.
- Lead the creative delivery of always-on content across multiple client accounts maintaining consistently high craft standards.
- Translate cultural trends platform behaviours and audience insight into compelling digital narratives that drive engagement.
- Craft high-impact static and motion assets designed to stop the scroll and perform against objective.
- Contribute to campaign ideation pitches and creative presentations articulating ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Plan and support content shoots including mobile-first capture and collaborate with photographers videographers and creators where required.
- Uphold and evolve brand identities within fast-moving social environments balancing consistency with cultural relevance.
- Stay ahead of emerging platforms trends and AI tools using innovation to elevate both creative exploration and execution.
Qualifications :
- 35 years experience in a design role with a strong versatile portfolio demonstrating social/digital-first thinking across static and motion.
- A confident conceptual thinker with proven experience art directing your own work from idea through to execution.
- Strong design fundamentals with advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and essential motion expertise across After Effects and Premiere Pro capable of producing high-quality platform-native animation and video content.
- Deep understanding of platform-native design with the ability to create culturally relevant work across both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Practical experience using AI tools within the creative process with a proactive mindset toward emerging technologies.
- Confident communicator with high creative standards comfortable presenting ideas and operating independently in a fast-paced agency environment.
