Job Summary
Were looking for an exceptional Product Designer to join the design team in our Grow Squad. Youll be working with a fast-growing cross-functional team to create a brand new best in class investment experience for our consumer and business customers all over the world rethinking how people can earn a return on all of their money no matter the currency goal or risk appetite.
In this role youll focus on enabling Wise customers to earn a return on their money. Youll invest time in deeply understanding our customers and their needs so that you can design and deliver experiences that make complex processes like choosing an investment product understanding gains or paying tax easy and effortless. Youll build systems that help the squad bring the product to new markets balancing a global vision with local nuance.
Your mission:
Youll be joining a growing team that is expanding the way Business customers can use their Wise Account. Time is money and small businesses cannot waste theirs. The business expense management team simplifies global expense management for small businesses. Youll create simple easy-to-use experiences for a complex financial product that serves over 700000 businesses from diverse range of backgrounds across the globe.

About you:
You have a well established track record of experience as a Product Designer championing customer-first design initiatives in world class teams
Youve got a portfolio of well-crafted impactful work that solves real problems for real people.
You default to prototyping when presenting your work.
Youre a natural collaborator designing in the open leveraging other functions expertise and taking them on the journey with you.
You understand that good design is often a journey to identify the right thing to build using early concepts and prototypes to help build conviction along the way.
You have a high-level of design craft strong visual skills and an interest in brand
You are comfortable designing for mobile surfaces
Youve worked with design systems to produce beautiful and functional design that scales.
You practise evidence-based design and can rationalise your decisions clearly and credibly.
