Job Summary
1. Lead 2-3 members team and work with global commodity and local purchasing team to implement purchasing activities on specified material fields in China market;
2. Make material field/suppliers Strategy according to RBU business development and source and develop new suppliers;
material availability for production managing escalations and critical supply situations (shortages capacity constraints).
responsibility of supplier performance KPIs (Quality Delivery Cost Innovation Management - QDCIM) and initiate improvement measures.
5. Manage claims and commercial issues with suppliers.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor or master degree major in mechanical/Electronic engineering;
2. Minimum 5 years of purchasing experience in Mechanical or Electronic industry with familiarity in supplier management and cost control.
3. Proficient in negotiation data analysis and project management;
in using systems such as SAP and Office software;
Chinese and English communication abilities.
