Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Operational Leadership:
Serve as a leader within theCommercial Account Management team contributing to the development and execution of the groups strategic roadmap.
Lead the strategic planning and execution of global biotechstrategyinitiatives as applicable.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in delivery models operational processes partnership and governance frameworkscross-business unit collaborationand tools to enhance efficiencyand client satisfaction.
Collaborate withdelivery andcross-functional leaders enterprise-level business unit leads and business development(BD)leadsforseamless integration of relationship engagement strategy and delivery across the clinical development lifecycleofbiotechportfolio accounts.
ClientRelationship Leadership:
Representoperationalvoicein client engagements proposals and bid defensestailoring to biotech client needs.
Partner with the regionalBDteam to identify and prioritize strategic biotech accounts to build and support long-term relationship growth and client satisfaction provide operational connectivity and drive repeat business.
Partner with Business DevelopmentTherapeutic Area HeadsTherapeutic StrategyLeads ConsultingClinical Pharmacology Services andother business unit leadersto supportnew business opportunitieswithinthe regional portfolio andgrowth opportunitiesforstrategic biotechaccounts.
Partnership PortfolioOversightand Accountability:
Provide executive-leveloversightforthe planning execution and delivery of global clinical programsacross the strategic biotech client portfolio
Serve as the trusted advisor and point of accountability for portfolio-leveloperationaloutcomes.Participate/leadgovernance meetingsto fostervisibility andalignmentas needed.
Provide strategic alignmenttoensurebusiness functions and business unitscollaborateeffectivelyand understandthe biotech clients broader goals andstrategic direction.

Qualifications:
Extensive experience in clinical research project deliveryand/or consulting within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry with 5yearsof director-level leadershipexperience.
BS degreeor higherin life sciences public health health economics or a related field;advanced degree (e.g. MS MPH PhD)is preferred.
Proven track record of strategic leadership and successful delivery of complex global clinical programs.
Strong business acumen client-facing experience and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Excellent communication organizational and analytical skills.
Work Environment and Travel:
Standard office environment with flexibility for remote work as needed.
Travel: upto50%;travel may require overnight stays.
