What youll be doing

As part of Retail Loss within Central Operations the Retail Loss Assistant plays a key role in supporting the delivery of multiple capital projects and store intervention schemes designed to reduce loss across the Boots estate. Working closely with Project Managers Retail Loss Managers Stores Finance and Property teams this role helps ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently compliantly and to plan.

This position sits at the heart of delivery providing vital administrative financial and coordination support to ensure loss-reduction schemes progress smoothly from approval through to implementation in store.

If you are highly organised comfortable working with data and financial processes and enjoy supporting projects that make a real difference in stores this is a great opportunity to build experience within a fast-paced commercially focused team at Boots.

What youll need to have (our must-haves)

  • Experience working with purchase orders budgets or financial processes
  • Experience working with purchase orders budgets or financial processes
  • Proficiency in Excel with the ability to manage and analyse data effectively
  • Experience or confidence using Power BI for reporting and insights

It would be great if you also have

  • A good understanding of the Boots business and store environment

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
