We are seeking an experienced Electronic Engineer Team Lead to lead the design and development of control systems for satellite platforms. The successful candidate will combine strong hands-on technical expertise with proven leadership skills guiding a multi-disciplinary engineering team through the full product lifecycle of space-qualified systems.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design development and verification of satellite control systems (e.g. AOCS power control and actuator/sensor interfaces).
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to a team of electronic and control systems engineers.
Define system architecture control algorithms and electronic designs compliant with space standards.
Oversee requirements definition design reviews and technical documentation.
Support system integration testing and validation at the unit subsystem and satellite levels.
Interface with systems engineering software mechanical and operations teams.
Ensure compliance with relevant space reliability and safety standards (e.g. ECSS and MIL).
Contribute to technical roadmaps risk assessments and project planning.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Degree in Electronic Engineering Control Engineering Aerospace Engineering or similar.
710 years experience in electronic and/or control systems engineering.
Proven experience with satellite or spaceborne systems.
Strong background in control theory control system design and implementation.
Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
Hands-on experience with electronic design (analog/digital) simulations and testing.
Familiarity with embedded systems and real-time control environments.
Excellent problem-solving communication and leadership skills.
