Legal content reviewer

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Legal Content Reviewer to review analyze and validate legal content documents and publications in a fully remote environment. The successful candidate will ensure all materials comply with applicable laws regulations and organizational policies while maintaining accuracy clarity and consistency.

This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Review legal content contracts policies and documents for accuracy completeness and compliance

Verify adherence to applicable federal state and local regulations

Ensure consistency with internal guidelines style standards and legal requirements

Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to content authors and legal teams

Collaborate with legal compliance and content development teams to resolve discrepancies

Maintain accurate records of reviewed content and changes

Support internal audits quality control and regulatory reporting initiatives

Stay updated on changes in laws regulations and industry best practices relevant to reviewed content

Required Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree or Bachelors degree in Law Legal Studies or a related field

Minimum of 35 years of experience in legal review content validation compliance or related roles

Strong understanding of U.S. legal and regulatory frameworks

Excellent analytical writing and communication skills

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines

Proficiency with document management systems Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools

Ability to work independently and productively in a remote work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Licensed attorney or paralegal certification

Experience reviewing contracts corporate policies or compliance documents

Familiarity with legal technology platforms and content management systems

Compensation:

Annual Salary Range: $75000 $110000 USD commensurate with experience qualifications and geographic location
