We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations. The role involves planning dispatches coordinating with transporters and warehouses tracking shipments and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods while maintaining accurate documentation and records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan coordinate and execute the dispatch and delivery of goods
- Liaise with transporters vendors warehouses and internal teams
- Prepare and verify logistics documents such as invoices delivery challans LR and e-way bills
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers or branches
- Monitor inward and outward movement of inventory
- Resolve delivery delays shortages damages or transportation issues
- Maintain logistics MIS shipment trackers and records
- Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and statutory requirements
- Optimise transportation costs and improve delivery efficiency
- Support inventory and warehouse coordination when required
