Job Title - Senior Executive Indirect Sourcing
Location - Pune
Qualification- Graduate
Job Discription Below are the details:
- Indirect purchase/Sourcing-any commodity procurement experience
- indirect purchase must
- 3 to 5 Years
- negotiations experience is must/ Experience in P2P process is must
- contract management good to have
- male or female both are ok
Please focus on below areas while sourcing:
- Indirect core expertise must- any commodity or services is ok
- People in direct purchase will not have much experience in indirect purchasing. They work in very limited area Communication skills
Key Selection Criteria:
- Candidates must have exclusive and hands-on experience in Indirect Procurement.
- Profiles with mixed Direct Indirect sourcing exposure will not be recommended for further evaluation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are mandatory.
Target Talent Pool (Preferred):
managing indirect spend for enterprise customers.
- Candidates from manufacturing / automobile organizations may also be evaluated provided they have clear and dedicated indirect sourcing experience.
