Overview
The Purchase & Inventory Executive will be responsible for managing inventory records at the factory and store
level ensuring accurate tracking of raw materials and finished goods. The role involves close coordination with
the factory supervisor and store executive to maintain smooth material flow and prevent stock discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update inventory data for factory and store operations
Monitor stock levels of raw materials and finished goods
Coordinate with factory supervisor for material requirements and production planning
Work with store executive for inward and outward stock entries
Track raw material consumption and reconcile stock regularly
Raise purchase requisitions based on minimum stock levels
Coordinate with vendors for material procurement and follow-ups
Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and documentation records
Conduct periodic physical stock audits and report discrepancies
Prepare daily/weekly inventory and purchase reports
Key Skills
Basic knowledge of inventory management and purchase processes
Good coordination and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Basic proficiency in MS Excel
Ability to handle documentation systematically
Problem-solving approach and accountability
Preffered Background
13 years of experience in inventory store or purchase role preferred
Freshers with commerce/operations background can apply
Experience in manufacturing or factory setup is an advantage

Inventory accuracy rate
Stock reconciliation efficiency
Timely purchase order processing
Reduction in stock shortages or overstocking
Vendor follow-up and delivery timelines
Reporting accuracy and documentation compliance
