Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Administration & Office Operations
  • Manage daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
  • Manage housekeeping pantry security front desk and support staffoperations.
  • Plan and manage seating arrangements conference room readiness andoffice infrastructure requirements.
  • Maintain office assets inventory registers asset movement and handoverrecords.

Facility Infrastructure Management
  • Monitor AMC contracts service schedules and vendor SLAs.
  • Assist in facility inspections audits and compliance checks.
  • Support R&D / office facilities including labs testing areas and commonutilities (as applicable).
