Administration & Office Operations
- Manage daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
- Manage housekeeping pantry security front desk and support staffoperations.
- Plan and manage seating arrangements conference room readiness andoffice infrastructure requirements.
- Maintain office assets inventory registers asset movement and handoverrecords.
Facility Infrastructure Management
- Monitor AMC contracts service schedules and vendor SLAs.
- Assist in facility inspections audits and compliance checks.
- Support R&D / office facilities including labs testing areas and commonutilities (as applicable).
