Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about services offered by Ironside Restoration via online chat
- Assist customers with any issues or concerns they may have regarding their restoration projects
- Guide customers through the online chat process and ensure a seamless experience
- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Document customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding matters
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with patience
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or a similar role
- Experience working in a chat support environment is a plus
