Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry filing scanning and organizing documents
  • Assist in managing calendars scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements
  • Respond to emails and phone calls in a professional manner
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory levels
  • Collaborate with team members on various administrative tasks
  • Ensure all administrative processes are carried out efficiently and accurately

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an administrative clerk or in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Previous experience using project management tools
