Job Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Representative to support a hospital-based call center. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls assist customers with inquiries resolve issues and provide technical or service-related support. This role requires excellent communication skills strong problem-solving abilities and comfort using computer-based systems to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional courteous and efficient manner

  • Respond to customer inquiries resolve concerns and provide appropriate assistance

  • Actively listen to customer needs and identify effective solutions

  • Accurately document call details and customer interactions in system records

  • Utilize call center software and computer systems to access and update information

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams as needed

  • Meet productivity quality and call-handling performance standards

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of call center or customer service experience

  • Bilingual skills (facility-specific requirement)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent active listening and customer engagement abilities

  • Proven problem-solving and organizational skills
