Job Summary

Rental Coordinator Savage MN

Road Machinery & Supplies Co. is searching for a Rental Coordinator to join its team at its Savage MN this role you will be responsible for assisting to coordinate and facilitate our rental business. Direct relationship contacts with customers as well as supporting the Outside Sales Representatives are daily aspects of this position.

Responsibilities:

Maintain customer contact/email/phone numbers for the rental department.
Take phone calls from customers TM or SM and provide information within a timely manner
Compute charges based on rental or service rate and review daily branch billing runs.
Execute the rental process including opening and closing of rental contracts.
Obtain customer signatures via DocuSign certificate of insurance per RMS requirements.
Maintain and code vendor bills in Filebound
Arrange/dispatch equipment movement for rental equipment.
Open work orders for rental preparation or rental return.
Assist in tracking inventory by branch and holds.
Additional duties as required by management.
Establish and communicate key measurements.
Provide constructive criticism and positive feedback.
Working in multiple computer programs at the same time

Qualifications/Skills:

Associate Degree in Business Management preferred.
Strong computer skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Proficient in the use of communications technologies.
Demonstrated ability to initiate expedite follow through to completion.
Able to work responsibly safely and intelligently.
Have the desire to take action improve and be appreciative.
Possess the capability to engage with customers co-workers and vendors in a respectful manner.
