Location: Bradford
Salary: up to 18000 in performance-related bonuses
Working Hour: Full-time (management rota / flexible to service needs)
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: YPs SEMH EBD Trauma Behavioural & Emotional Difficulties
Qualifications Required:
NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young Peoples Workforce
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (England)
Experience in Years Required:
Minimum 5 years within residential childcare
At least 2 years supervising and managing staff
Recent Good or Outstanding Ofsted inspection outcomes
