ABOUT THIS JOB

As an HVAC Service Technician you complete top-quality repairs on heating ventilation and air conditioning units while providing excellent customer service to our clients. You expertly troubleshoot and solve problems with equipment like gas furnaces boilers humidifiers air purifiers and air conditioning systems. Always professional and respectful you visit our clients homes learn about their needs and assess their systems. You provide the customer with multiple service options and create detailed estimates fully explaining what needs to be done.

Keeping the clients best interests in mind you weigh the costs of repairing or replacing their system and make the appropriate recommendations. After gaining approval you perform top-quality work. You recharge refrigerant levels check for leaks and test systems to ensure theyre fully operational. Attentively you document your services create invoices and clean your work area before leaving. You educate the client on maintaining their systems to prevent issues while encouraging them to choose us again for their future needs.

REQUIREMENTS

5 years of experience as a residential service and maintenance technician
Fundamental knowledge about residential heating air conditioning and ventilation equipment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to provide your tools
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Physical ability to climb ladders lift heavy objects and carry equipment
Ability to work in noisy environments and confined spaces like attics basements and crawl spaces
