Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring that facilities equipment and systems are maintained in optimal working condition. This role is essential to supporting daily operations by performing preventive maintenance troubleshooting issues and ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment
Diagnose and resolve mechanical electrical and general maintenance issues
Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
Maintain accurate maintenance records and service logs
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational needs
