Qualifications: | Candidate must be a current and continuing UW-Madison undergraduate student. A qualified individual will have the ability to work independently and collaboratively once trained. The candidate must be detail oriented with good organizational communication and problem-solving skills. The position involves working with HIPPA protected information and confidentiality is required. |

Position Summary/Job Duties: | Positions on the WRAP Data Team are responsible for: Quality control and assurance to ensure data integrity Check coordinator calculations scoring cognitive testing from WRAP study visit Data Entry of various questionnaires cognitive testing scores chemistry labs and other study information into various databases Prepare and send follow up information to study participants Maintain study research chart flow using WRAP and PET Record management system Research chart digitization and archiving Processing study materials to be mailed to participants Request and obtain parking passes for research participants. Interact with team members in a courteous and professional manner
Continuing Education:
You are welcome to join WRAP related meetings such as database priorities WRAP team meeting Johnson lab meeting and consensus conferences (discuss participants with changes in cognitive scores). You are also welcome to shadow a study participant visit and explore any other areas of interest related to the important work that you do for the WRAP study.
