Position Overview
Appalachian Childrens Home is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Assistant to support our administrative and data management this role you will be responsible for entering updating and maintaining important information in our databases and records. The ideal candidate is organized accurate and committed to supporting the mission of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update client program and organizational data into internal systems accurately
Review data for errors or missing information and make necessary corrections
Maintain organized digital and physical records
Assist in generating reports and compiling data for program evaluation and administrative purposes
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive client and organizational information
Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies or clarify information
Follow organizational policies and procedures related to data management and recordkeeping
Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous data entry administrative or clerical experience preferred
Strong typing skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word) or similar tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication and teamwork skills
