Position Overview
TeamZak is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to support our data management and administrative this role you will assist with entering updating and maintaining information within company databases and systems. The ideal candidate is organized accurate and able to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update information accurately into company databases and spreadsheets
Review data for errors or missing information and make necessary corrections
Organize and maintain digital files and documentation
Assist with compiling reports and retrieving data when needed
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
Communicate with team members to clarify data discrepancies
Follow company policies and procedures related to data entry and management
Provide general administrative support when required
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous data entry administrative or clerical experience preferred
Strong typing skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) or similar tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication and teamwork skills
