The Staffing Office Assistant supports the staffing and recruitment team by performing a variety of
administrative and clerical duties to ensure smooth operations of the staffing office. This role requires
strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Greet and direct walk-in applicants
Help prepare and distribute onboarding materials for new hires
Coordinate and assist with new hire orientations
Scan and email new employee paperwork to payroll department
Provide general administrative support to operations and the sales team
Answer and direct phone calls emails and inquiries regarding job postings and
Maintain calendars and schedule appointments or interviews as required.
Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms and job boards.
Enter data into applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Organize and file employment records job descriptions and other staffing
Coordinate and assist with background checks reference verifications and drug
Order and maintain office supplies
Support other HR-related functions as needed
Available to work a flexible schedule at times
Some experience with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook Excel and Word)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
