Job Summary

Account Executive ITAD - Remote

DISHER is partnering with the largest secondary market network hardware provider in North America to filla key commercial role focused on selling IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) tradein and data security solutions to enterprise endusers. This position works closely with internal EndUser Sales qualifies inbound buyback opportunities and manages complex RFPdriven solution sales from qualification through execution. The role owns the enduser ITAD pipeline provides executivelevel visibility into forecasting and deal progress and oversees customer communication and onsite ITAD project coordination to ensure successful delivery and longterm client relationships.

The base salary range for this role includes base salary and incentive compensation. Incentive earnings areuncapped offering significant upside potential.

What you will get to do:

    • Shape how enterprise clients manage endoflife IT assets with secure compliant disposition strategies.
    • Build trusted advisor relationships with executives and guide them through complex RFPdriven deals.
    • Collaborate with sales operations and project teams to refine and deliver highimpact ITAD solutions.
    • Own a strategic ITAD revenue stream balancing fastturn transactions with longterm partnerships.
    • Provide executivelevel visibility into forecasts deal progress and customer insights.
    • Drive datasecurity and circulareconomy initiatives that deliver meaningful business and environmental impact.
    • Conduct discovery calls and qualification meetings on inbound buyback and ITAD opportunities.
    • Prepare and deliver proposals responses to RFPs and account reviews for key enterprise customers.

What will make you successful

    • Bachelors degree in Business Sales Management or related field preferred.
    • 3-5 years of proven experience sellingITAD remarketing asset recovery data security or adjacent enterprise IT services
    • Strongconsultative sales skills with experience navigating complex multistakeholder sales cycles
    • Demonstrated success managingenterpriselevel opportunities includingRFP and solutionbased sales
    • Ability to assess and qualify opportunities astransactional vs. strategic
    • Experience working crossfunctionally with sales operations project management and leadership teams
    • Strong organizational skills with experience owning and forecasting asales pipeline
    • Confidence in managingcustomer communications including executivelevel reporting and presentations
    • A collaborative teamoriented mindset with the ability to influence without authority
    • Resultsdriven approach with a track record ofmeeting or exceeding sales quotas
