We offer a competitive salary range of $60000 - $65000 annually alongside a supportive work environment that fosters creativity and professional growth in the culinary arts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and create new pastry recipes that align with our restaurants vision
- Oversee the daily operations of the pastry kitchen
- Ensure all pastries are prepared to the highest quality standards
- Manage inventory and ordering of pastry supplies
- Collaborate with the culinary team to integrate desserts into the overall menu
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen
- Train and mentor junior pastry staff
- Stay updated on pastry trends and techniques to enhance menu offerings
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred
- Passion for pastry and culinary arts
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in dessert presentation
