Job Summary

Leadership and Brand:

Demonstrated knowledge of CCFCU brand teller policies and procedures
Professionalism and discretion
Supervisory experience a plus
System knowledge a must w/track record of accuracy
Ability to work well with others in a way that reflects our brand
Low absenteeism and a history of being on time (this will be reviewed)
Must have previous experience
Current Credit history will be reviewed

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assure appropriate day to day staffing levels at branch
Day to day responsibility for branch cash vaults and the proper storage and movement of cash
Ordering money as directed
Coaching of teller staff as needed
Assuring policies are followed
Interaction with members to assure they are heard and needs are met
Performing teller duties as needed (pulling a drawer and serving members)
