The United States Army Pacificis the Army Service Component Command forthe United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) responsible for Army forces the Indo-Pacific area of responsibility (AOR). The AOR covers 9000 miles form the west coast of the continental United States to India. UASRPAC applies campaign-qualityland powerwith more than 107000 soldiers andcivilians andrepresentsthe nationslargestheater army.This task order (TO) directly supports the efforts of USARPAC its subordinate commands and its strategic and operational partners(e.g.Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) USINDOPACOM United States Forces Japan(USFJ) United States Forces Korea (USFK) Marine Forces Pacific (MARFORPAC) Defense LogisticsAgency(DLA) United States Paces Force (USSF) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) National Guard Agencies(State Department) to contribute to USINDOPACOMsoperationalization of the National Defense Strategy through providing comprehensive IT enterprise services(e.g. complete infrastructure life cycle for all hardware software andservices including planning analysis engineering design development installation interoperability mitigation integrations testing operations and maintenance (O&M) and training of all C5 and IT systems supported) that enable multi-domain C5ISR (Command control communications computerscyber intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance) capabilities across the Indo-Pacific AOR.
The purpose of the EPICs task order is to provide critical C4 and IT system support toEnterprise Services Integration and Modernization(ESIM)for USARPACG6 its subordinate units and its strategic and operationalpartners. C4 capabilities aredistinctand each fulfills a different purpose.
Duties and responsibilities of the Program Manager include but are not limited to:
- Provide management direction administration quality assurance and leadership of the execution of the EPICs Task Order
- Assign taskings tocontractor personnel supervise ongoing efforts and manager overall Task Order performance to ensure theoptimaluse of assigned resources and subcontractors
- Have the authority to make decisionsfor Peraton in response to Government issues concerns and comments as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potentialcontractual programmatic or resource limitation issues
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Top Secret (TS)clearance with eligibility to Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI)
- A minimum of 18 years applicable experience
- A minimum of 10 years of experience planning directing coordinating and managing methodologies and approaches for projects similar in scope and complexity to EPICs
- Experience planning directingcoordinating and managing the contractors proposed methodologies and approach for a project insimilar sizein scope and complexity to EPICs with multiple OCONUS performance locations supporting DoD projects.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification
- Experience with Status of Forces Agreements (SOFA) requirements regulations and processes within theUSINDOPACOMAOR
- Experience overseeing complex IT property management shipping andlogisticsconsiderations of the INDOPACOM AOR

Target Salary Range
$176000 - $282000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
