Job Posting Details

The application deadline is Friday January 23 2026 by 11:59 p.m. (EST). This is an MEP Pay Grade 19 position. Candidates need to contact Compensation Administration at or for individual salary calculation. For external candidates official transcripts will be required if you are recommended for the position. Your degree must be from an accredited university. If the position does not require a college degree you are required to have at least a high school diploma. Candidates with academic training and degrees granted outside the U.S. must submit a credential evaluation report that includes a statement of degree equivalency from an accredited agency in the U.S.

OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY

Under general supervision performs coordinates and supports the various administrative systems projects and services for School Choice and Parental Options. Also administers program implementation operations fiscal management and human capital management for magnet programs and activities.

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES

1. Maintains administrative workflow and reporting procedures for budget and procurement processes.

2. Completes projects by identifying and implementing technology and resources.

3. Provides information by answering questions and requests.

4. Maintains the daily operation and progress of budgets for magnet projects.

5. Collaborates and works cooperatively with offices departments and staff to ensure adherence to the districts standards and best practices.

6. Assists in planning and budget maintenance.

7. Oversees preparation of materials and reports as required.

8. Coordinates and ensures the maintenance of documents for all grant related expenditures and complete reports as assigned.

9. Facilitates budgets for grants and business partnerships.

10. Screens and prepares correspondence and administrative support processes.

11. Oversees assigned budgets and payroll.

12. Performs other duties related to general administrative responsibilities of the position.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This work requires the following physical activities: mobility lifting finger dexterity grasping repetitive motions talking hearing and visual acuity. The work is performed primarily indoors.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelors Degree Education Human Resources Public Administration Business Administration or related field. Masters degree preferred.

2. Minimum of three (3) years experience in public administration education personnel public relations law-related field or equivalent.

3. Knowledge of computer software and technology pertinent to area of specification.

4. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.
