Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactiveOffice Managerto oversee the daily operations of our executive office. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth workflows supporting senior leadership and maintaining a professional environment that reflects our organizations standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all administrative functions within the executive office.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Schedule and organize executive meetings travel arrangements and events.
  • Oversee office budgeting expense tracking and vendor relationships.
  • Support office staff ensuring high performance and collaboration.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in office management or executive-level administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in vendor management and office facilities coordination.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • High adaptability and composure in a fast-paced environment.
