Job Summary
- Lead and manage complex projects from conception to completion ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency reduce operational risks and improve asset performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance safety environmental stewardship and operational sustainability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering and operations teams.
- Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations company policies and international standards.
Requirements
Experience: 5 to 25 years in the Oil & Gas industry
- Strong technical background in upstream downstream or midstream operations with expertise in relevant systems and processes.
- Proven ability to manage budgets timelines and resources effectively across complex projects.
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Petroleum Engineering Geosciences or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and digital tools for project management and data analysis.
Required Skills:
