Job Summary
Position: Creative Content Specialist
We are looking for a Creative Content Specialist who can bring ideas to life through powerful visuals and engaging short-form content. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative eye hands-on experience in photography and videography and the ability to create high-impact content tailored for digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone who understands audience psychology platform trends and visual storytellingespecially in sectors like Agri FMCG or Real Estate .
Key Responsibilities
Capture high-quality product farm and real estate photography including drone shots
Create and edit weekly hook-based videos (1530 seconds) for reels ads and promotions
Design 20 creatives per month including banners carousels and scheme creatives
Optimize WhatsApp Status content and Instagram Stories for maximum engagement
Develop compelling hook scripts focused on farmer/customer pain points
Adapt content formats as per platform best practices (Instagram WhatsApp Ads)

Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with DSLR & Drone Videography

Strong understanding of short-form video hooks and content psychology
Ability to optimize content for different social media formats
Portfolio is mandatory (Agri / FMCG / Real Estate samples preferred)
