Finance teams today operate across fragmented banking portals spreadsheets and payment tools. Finmo brings financial data together so companies can see their cash position in real time forecast liquidity and move money globally with greater control.
As we scale internationally we are building a content engine that educates finance leaders builds market authority and drives demand.
We are looking for a Content Marketing Director who can own Finmos content ecosystem end-to-end. This is a hands-on individual contributor role responsible for content strategy creation and distribution across our website blog social media and marketing channels.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for strategising creating and distributing content across Finmos core channels including website blog social media newsletters and marketing collateral.

Brand authority in treasury and financial infrastructure
AI and search visibility across modern discovery engines
Audience engagement and thought leadership
Community engagement with finance leaders and operators
Demand generation and pipeline growth
This role combines editorial leadership AI-driven content strategy social distribution and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Flywheel
Develop and own Finmos global content strategy across all marketing channels.
Build a content flywheel that transforms product insights customer stories and industry trends into multi-channel content.
Identify high-impact topics aligned with Finmos audience including CFOs finance leaders and founders.
Website & AI Visibility
Own Finmos website content strategy including landing pages product pages and educational resources.
Create content designed to improve AI visibility across answer engines and generative search platforms (AEO/GEO).
Ensure Finmos content ranks and is referenced across modern discovery channels.
Blog & Educational Content
Develop and manage Finmos blog and long-form content strategy.
Publish educational content around treasury operations global payments liquidity management and financial infrastructure.
Social Media & Distribution
Build and manage Finmos social media content presence particularly on LinkedIn Youtube
Create content that educates finance leaders drives engagement and expands Finmos reach.
Turn insights product updates and thought leadership into compelling social narratives.
Expand finmos presence on X Reddit G2 and other social networks.
Thought Leadership
Work with leadership to develop executive thought leadership content including opinion pieces insight articles and industry commentary.
Position Finmo as a credible voice in fintech and financial infrastructure.
Community Management
Build and nurture a community of finance leaders operators and founders around Finmos insights.
Drive engagement through conversations comments and participation in relevant finance and fintech communities.
Encourage discussion and sharing of insights to strengthen Finmos brand presence within the ecosystem.
Marketing Collateral
Create high-quality marketing collateral including one-pagers guides explainers and sales enablement assets.
Work closely with product marketing to ensure messaging consistency across marketing and sales materials.
Event Content Support
Support the marketing team with event-related content including event promotions speaker announcements pre-event and post-event content and thought leadership tied to industry events.
Help maximise the value of events by turning discussions insights and panels into distributed content.
AI-Enabled Content Production
Use AI tools to improve content research ideation and repurposing.
Build systems to transform one core insight into multiple content formats across channels.
Qualifications :
1012 years of experience in content marketing preferably in fintech SaaS or technology.
Strong ability to translate complex financial or technical concepts into compelling content.
Experience managing content across website blogs social media CRM emails and newsletters.
Deep understanding of SEO content distribution and audience growth.
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation research and repurposing.
Ability to work independently in a high-ownership environment.
Excellent writing storytelling and editorial skills.
