Job description
The Correspondence Clerk will be responsible for receiving sorting and prepping documents for scanning reviewing correspondence to determine appropriate action making outbound phone calls updating databases to track communication history and follow-up actions and preparing documents for mailing.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to meet the requirements of a background check and drug screening.
Ability to work in multiple programs simultaneously.
Good attendance/punctuality
Ability to stand for extended periods.
1-2 years experience.
Duties:
Performs business support or technical work using data.
Organizing and coordination skills.
Data Entry Moderate outbound call center setting
Performs tasks based on established procedures.
Receiving sorting and prepping documents
Scanning and outbound phone calls.
