Job Description: Record Entry Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update records in the database system
  • Verify data for completeness and accuracy
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital records
  • Assist in generating reports and compiling data as needed
  • Ensure data confidentiality and integrity at all times

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping
  • Basic computer skills including knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 1 year experience in record entry or a related field

Experience working with database systems preferred
