Lake Region Medical Group P.A. (LRMG) is currently seeking a full-time ED Urgent Care APP provider for the ED in Elbow Lake Walk-In Clinics and Hospital in Fergus Falls. Healthcare system is located in beautiful and family friendly community in west-central Minnesota. We are positioned conveniently on I-94 halfway between Fergus Falls MN and the Fargo/Moorhead metro area and are less than a 30-minute drive to the Fargo International Airport.

Provider must be experienced Emergency Department or Urgent Care APP provider.
Sole coverage in Elbow Lake ED with Avel tele-support is currently in place.
- ED coverage shows patient encounters average around 3-4 per shift average acuity level or ED encounters are 3.5 on a 1-5 ESI scale.
Support hospitalist team as indicated - Inpatient swing bed and observation.

Position will provide consistency and flexibility with ED/WIC coverage Enterprise wide.

Qualifications

PA-C or NP from an accredited institution
ACLS certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Active Minnesota Medical License & DEA upon hire
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
