Job Summary
We are seeking a Remote Appointment Scheduler to join our growing team. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing client appointments through chat and email communication. This is a non-voice fully remote position ideal for organized individuals who enjoy helping people and working in a structured environment.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus not required)
Excellent written communication skills in English
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and appointments accurately
Comfortable using computers scheduling software and email/chat tools
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Professional empathetic and client-focused attitude
Prior experience in customer service scheduling or administrative support is a plus (training provided)
