We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Associate Campaign Manager to join our Online and Experience Intelligence (OXI) team. This role is positioned to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and integrated marketing campaigns for GE Vernovas suite of carbon management solutions and emerging markets like the rapidly expanding data center sector. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn possess strong communication and organizational skills and have a passion for driving impactful marketing initiatives in a global context.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: In this role you will:

  • Market Carbon Management Offerings: Drive the marketing efforts for GE Vernovas carbon management portfolio including hydrogen-capable gas turbines nuclear power solutions Direct Air Capture (DAC) Carbon Capture and Sequestration (CCS) solutions and the flexibility services portfolio of powerplant upgrades designed to prepare older plants for the future.
  • Campaign Development & Execution: Support the planning execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital email nurturing social media content marketing) to drive awareness engagement and lead generation for low carbon solutions and other GE Vernova offerings in emerging markets.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Support: Assist in the research and development of emerging campaigns based on market trends competitive landscapes and customer insights specific to emerging markets and sectors like data centers contributing to the development of tailored GTM strategies in top countries.
  • Strategic Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with sales government affairs and product teams to align customer needs with business priorities and develop omnichannel campaigns that support the commercial sales team and drive revenue.
    • Partner globally with regional sales product marketing and communications teams to localize approach and narrowcast to our target audience.
  • Online Asset & Tool Development: Lead the design and production of online assets and tools to support customers needs and desire to learn about our solutions including websites calculators videos and webinars.
  • Webinar & Event Management: Coordinate and promote virtual events and webinars managing logistics content development speaker engagement and post-event follow-up to maximize attendance and impact.
  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing and subject matter experts to adapt and localize compelling marketing content (e.g. case studies whitepapers presentations video scripts) for diverse audiences within emerging markets.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance against key metrics conduct analysis and generate reports to identify areas for optimization and demonstrate ROI to present during quarterly leadership reviews.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends competitor activities and best practices in decarbonization emerging technologies and digital marketing.
  • Budget Management (Support): Assist in tracking and managing campaign expenditures to ensure efficient resource allocation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications Environmental Science or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of professional experience in marketing communications or a related commercial role (internships and relevant project experience are highly valued).
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
  • Strong interest in decarbonization energy transition emerging technologies and innovative industrial solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and comfort with data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint Excel Word).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Proficiency in additional languages relevant to global emerging markets is a significant plus.
  • Prior experience or coursework related to B2B marketing industrial markets or the energy sector.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo HubSpot Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads LinkedIn Ads) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and an eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
