Account and Contract Support
- Proactively manage contract renewals starting 68 weeks before expiration.
- Coordinate accurate setup and updates of internal records for both new and renewed agreements.
- Maintain direct contact with clients and consultants to confirm contract details and strengthen relationships.
- Enter and update relevant data into internal systems.
- Support the creation and distribution of service contracts in coordination with the compliance team.
Freelancer Coordination
- Serve as the main point of contact for independent professionals regarding onboarding contracts and payment queries.
- Monitor and ensure timely submission of timesheets; follow up on delays.
- Communicate updates about contract renewals extensions and end dates.
- Help resolve inquiries related to payments working conditions or administrative issues.
Client and Consultant Communication
- Collect and share feedback from clients and placed consultants post-placement.
- Maintain contact with placed individuals to support smooth transitions into roles.
- Act as a liaison between clients consultants and internal departments (e.g. IT support finance) to resolve questions or issues.
- Provide guidance on internal referral or incentive programs when applicable.
Skills and Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills as the role involves interaction with U.S.-based clients and consultants.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Customer service mindset with the ability to address needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of organization.
- Previous experience with contract or document management is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills to address operational issues as they arise.
- High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Continuous improvement mindset to enhance workflows and processes.
- Team player with a collaborative and proactive approach.
