Pre-Sales Unit Lead / Inside Sales : 47 years of experience in Pre-Sales Inside Sales or Customer Engagement roles Prior experience leading or mentoring teams preferred Real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory Strong exposure to CRM-driven workflowsSalary: 4-9 LPA

Own the sales journey from site visit to booking driving monthly bookings revenue conversions and healthy inventory movement. Lead and coach the sales team while ensuring a confident respectful Home Buyer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive booking & revenue targets
  • Lead and mentor sales team for higher conversions
  • Handle negotiations and deal structuring
  • Optimize inventory movement (including slow-moving units)
  • Track sales KPIs conversions and CRM hygiene
  • Coordinate with Pre-Sales CRM Marketing & Leadership
Key KPIs:Bookings Revenue Visit-to-Booking % Deal Value Inventory Balance

(Sales Support & Coordination)
Role Summary:
Pre-Sales Executive / Inside Sales : 03 years of experience in Pre-Sales Inside Sales Home Buyer engagement or similar roles Real estate experience preferred but not mandatory Freshers with strong communication skills and the right attitude are welcome. Salary:2-3.5 LPA
Support Home Buyers during site visits follow-ups booking coordination and documentation ensuring smooth communication and accurate CRM updates.

  • Pre:Proven sales & team-handling experience in real estate preferred
  • Growth Consultant:03 years in sales / coordination / customer engagement
  • Strong communication CRM exposure and Home Buyer-first mindset
  • Real estate experience preferred but not mandatory
