Job Summary

Job Title: Pre-Sales Unit Lead
Experience: 47 Years

Role Summary
Lead and manage the Pre-Sales function ensuring high-quality lead qualification accurate customer communication and effective site visit generation. Own the early home-buyer journeyfrom first contact to confirmed site visitsetting up strong well-prepared handovers to the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead coach and monitor a team of Pre-Sales Executives

  • Ensure accurate lead qualification based on customer needs

  • Drive site visit scheduling confirmations and conversions

  • Share correct project pricing and availability information

  • Track KRAs/KPIs including response time site visits and conversions

  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and reporting discipline

  • Reduce no-shows through effective follow-ups

  • Coordinate closely with Sales CRM and Marketing teams

Experience & Background

  • 47 years in Pre-Sales / Inside Sales / Customer Engagement

  • Prior team-handling experience preferred

  • Real estate exposure is an advantage (not mandatory)

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Zoho or equivalent)
