Lead and manage the Pre-Sales function ensuring high-quality lead qualification accurate customer communication and effective site visit generation. Own the early home-buyer journeyfrom first contact to confirmed site visitsetting up strong well-prepared handovers to the Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead coach and monitor a team of Pre-Sales Executives
Ensure accurate lead qualification based on customer needs
Drive site visit scheduling confirmations and conversions
Share correct project pricing and availability information
Track KRAs/KPIs including response time site visits and conversions
Maintain strong CRM hygiene and reporting discipline
Reduce no-shows through effective follow-ups
Coordinate closely with Sales CRM and Marketing teams

Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer engagement ability
Process-driven detail-oriented and CRM-savvy
Data-driven approach to performance improvement

Experience & Background
47 years in Pre-Sales / Inside Sales / Customer Engagement
Prior team-handling experience preferred
Real estate exposure is an advantage (not mandatory)
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Zoho or equivalent)
