WHO YOULL WORK WITH
Youll join the Italy Marketing Leadership Team and report directly to the Senior Director Marketing Italy. Youll partner closely with the EMEA Marketing Ops & Planning team and collaborate crossfunctionally with Finance and key business partners across the Italian marketing organization. Youll also lead an Associate and build strong relationships across the team to enable highquality highimpact work.

- Proven leadership in budget ownership and scenario planning including AOP inyear budget management and crossfunctional alignment with Finance.
- A track record of building and optimizing processes that improve team efficiency clarity and ways of working at scale.
- Experience leading and developing talent creating an environment where teams feel supported empowered and connected.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly balancing longterm planning with fastmoving consumer and organizational needs.
- Fluency in Italian and English.

As Manager Marketing Operations Italy youll ensure the team operates with clarity efficiency and alignment to the Brand plan. Youll drive prioritization planning and process optimization while also helping shape a positive connected team culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Enabling prioritization and scenario planning to bring the Brand plan to life.
- Supporting the Senior Marketing Director in cultivating team culture and engagement.
- Partnering with EMEA Marketing Ops & Planning to align on concept map updates and key strategic topics.
- Leading AOP and inyear budget management in close collaboration with Finance.
- Driving operational excellence across the Italy marketing team ensuring clarity of roles timelines and deliverables.
- Supporting measurement and reporting rhythms to help the team track progress identify opportunities and celebrate wins.
