We are looking for a Senior Support Workerwith a commitment to supporting individuals with learning disabilities to take on an exciting role in our bespoke supported living service in the Lancing area. This service will provide life-changing person-centred support to a vibrant individual with complex needs.

Competitive Salary 13.90 per hour reviewed annually

Driving Requirement

Due to the nature of the role and the individuals needs we require staff members who are able to drive.

About the Role:

As our Senior you will be part of a passionate team delivering outstanding care to a lively and resilient individual. They love outdoor adventures music water play and trampolining and your support will ensure they continue to thrive in a safe structured and engaging environment.

Flexible & Engaging Work Pattern:

36 hours per week across 5 shifts
Rotating MondaySunday schedule
A mix of early and late shifts tailored to best support the individuals needs
