About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an AI Automation Delivery Product Manager within our Innovation Hub as part of Consumer Small Business Banking Operations (CSBBO) to support the migration effort of our IVR platform.
The AI/Automation Delivery Product Manager will own product strategy for voice servicing products and drive pipeline management stakeholder engagement roadmap creation business case and value proposition and ultimately the investment strategy for AI innovation and acceleration within our newly formed CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) Innovation Hub. They will define technical requirements work backwards from customer needs and partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions with a focus on driving strategy.
